Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information RockSolid Tech Solutions collects through this website, why, and what happens to it.

Information you give us

The only place this site asks for personal information is the project inquiry form. When you submit it we collect the name, company, email address, optional phone number, the service and timeline you selected, the project description you wrote, and how you heard about us.

We use that information to respond to your inquiry and, if we go on to work together, to run the engagement. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with third parties for marketing.

Information collected automatically

• Session cookie. A single cookie keeps your session state while you use the site. It is marked HttpOnly and SameSite, and over HTTPS it is also marked Secure. It carries no advertising or tracking identifier.
• Server logs. Requests are logged with a timestamp, the path requested and the originating IP address. Logs are used for security, troubleshooting and abuse investigation.
• Submission IP address. The IP address a project inquiry was sent from is stored with the inquiry, so that abusive submissions can be identified.

Analytics and advertising

This site runs no third-party analytics, no advertising pixels and no social media trackers. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.

Spam protection

The inquiry form may use a third-party bot-detection service. Where it is enabled, that service receives the information needed to score the submission, including your IP address, under its own privacy terms.

Where the information is held

Inquiries are stored in our application database and are accessible only to authorized personnel, who sign in with their organizational Microsoft account. Access is restricted by role.

How long we keep it

Project inquiries are retained while they remain commercially relevant and are archived or deleted after that. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, the updated version will be posted here with a new revision date.
